Don Johns - Director/ Writer

Don Johns has been making films since he was a little boy using a Super-8 film camera. When technology finally caught up with the visions in Don's mind, he began putting his ideas on paper. Don has written, produced and directed many commercials, music videos, documentaries, and films. His films have won awards and he has been invited to speak at special events and colleges throughout the United States. After screening his film, “On My Last Breath” at his first film festival, an audience member came up and said how much the film spoke to her, he knew right then that was what he would do the rest of his life. “Without Hope” his first feature film has steadily gained a following in the Sci-fi world, just recently DraggonTV  will feature Don’s films on their website. Since then he has finished two other shorts, “The Stranger” and “A Mother’s Prayer”, and just recently the first scene of his short, “Unseen Hands”. Two of his films, “The Right Side Of The Tracks” and “Dead Generations” are in pre-production. “I love the movies and the magic of cinema.  A good film can move the heart and change lives.”
